Strictly Over 18s: All attendees must be over the age of 18 to purchase and attend events. We reserve the right to refuse entry to anyone who is unable to provide proof of age.

Proof of Age and ID Check: All attendees must provide valid proof of age, which will be checked at the event. Acceptable forms of identification include government-issued photo identification, such as a driver's license or passport. Failure to provide valid identification may result in refusal of entry.

Ticket Sales are Final: All ticket sales are final and non-refundable. No exchanges or cancellations will be made, except in the case of event cancellation or postponement by the event organizer.

Non-Transferable Tickets: Tickets are non-transferable, meaning that they may not be resold or given to another person for use. Tickets may not be used for advertising, promotion, or other commercial purposes without the express written consent of the event organizer.

This event is being photographed: and/or video recorded for promotional purposes. We also video stream many of these video recordings through our social media pages and our web site. By attending or participating in this event, you are giving your consent to be photographed and/or video recorded, and you are waiving any and all claims regarding the use of your image by Wild West Music Fest and Kilconly Community Development.
